
1. I am having trouble finding my account information and adding items my cart. What could be the problem?
Some people turn off "Browser Cookies" or install programs that block "Browser Cookies" because they are concerned about their privacy on the web.
The MDIVA shopping cart and account management pages will not work if "First-Party Cookies" have been turned off. It is not necessary to enable "Third Party" cookies as we do not track your information to share it with anyone else.
"First-Party Cookies" are used to keep track of the items you have placed in your cart until you are ready for CheckOut. They are also used to keep track of who you are once you have logged in to view your account.
If you are unable to turn on your browser's "First-Party Cookies" after referring to your browser's help files, please feel free to send us your order by e-mail or to contact us with any questions regarding your account. Simply click on the Contact Us link above.
2. Do you have a printed catalog?
At this time our website is our catalog.
3. How do I care for the imprinted items in the MDIVA collection?
Simply wash items in cold water and tumble dry low. Iron inside out and never directly on the designs.
4. What are my payment options?
MDIVA CREATIONS uses Paypal.
5. How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped by Canada Post. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery from the point your order leaves our warehouse.
6. Which countries do you ship to outside of Canada?
For the time being, MDIVA CREATIONS only ships to Canada and the United States.
7. What is your return policy?
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account minus shipping costs for any items that you are not completely satisfied with. Returns and exchanges on items purchased online may be made by e-mailing us at customerservice@mdiva.ca to obtain a return authorization number.
Items must be returned to MDIVA CREATIONS within 14 days of purchase unworn and in perfect condition. Items not meeting these standards will not be honored.
Please ship items prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped.
